All services (design or code) are custom-made. Work begins after payment is received or based on a mutually agreed schedule.

2. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment is required upfront, depending on the scope. Quotes are given prior to starting a project.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once work has started, full refunds are not available.
  • Partial refunds may be granted based on work completed, at ShalevGFX’s sole discretion.

4. Bug Fixes (Development Work)
You may report bugs within 7 days of delivery. These will be fixed for free unless the code was altered by a third party.

5. License & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed:

  • There is no obligation to provide the source code unless such an agreement was made in advance.
  • Code and designs are for personal or private use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer them.

    Updates, upgrades, or long-term support are considered new services and will be quoted separately.
